プログラム概要The Program

A week long program was conducted in AY2016 prior to the full operation in AY2017.

2017年度の実施に先立ち、2016年度にはハーフスケールのプログラムが実施されました。

小児薬学の実践の特徴を説明できる（Bloom レベル2）Explain characteristics of Paediatric pharmacy practice (Bloom level 2)
薬物動態・薬力学・薬理遺伝学・製剤・投薬エラーの原理を症例に当てはめ、小児の薬物治療上の問題を議論・解釈できる（Bloom レベル3）Discuss and interpret medication-related issues in children by applying knowledge on principles, which include pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, pharmacogenetics, formulation, and medication errors, through case studies (Bloom level 3)
三次小児病院の Grand Rounds などに参加し、多職種教育セッションの意義を議論できる（Bloom レベル2）Discuss values of multi-disciplinary education sessions by attending Paediatrics grand rounds and other sessions in a tertiary-care children’s hospital setting (Bloom level 2)
トロント大学薬学部の授業に参加し、カナダと日本の大学での授業の共通点と相違点を説明できる（Bloom レベル2）Explain similarities and dissimilarities of university-based teaching sessions in Canada and Japan by attending lectures of Pharmaceutical Sciences at the Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Toronto (Bloom level 2)
